If an apartment is immediately available, you may move in after we have verified your income.
How much Security Deposit is required?
Most properties require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Presque View requires a $350 security deposit.
According to HUD Handbook 24 CFR 5.609(b) and (c), income includes wages; business income; interest on accounts; social security; annuities; periodic amounts received from insurance policies, retirement funds, pensions, disability or death benefits, and other similar types of periodic receipts; public assistance; child support and/or alimony; military pay.

Yes, if you have shared legal custody.
Are Section-8 vouchers accepted?
Section- 8 vouchers are accepted at Villa Maria Apartments and Presque View Apartments.
What are the age restrictions?
Applicants must be 18 years of age (62 for senior properties).
Can I view an apartment before applying?
You may certainly view an apartment if one is available.
All properties have laundry facilities.
Is off-street parking available?
Yes.
There is not an application fee for most properties. However, Presque View Apartments requires an application fee of $25.
What do I need to bring with me to complete an application?
Social Security cards, income information, landlord information.
What if I do not have Social Security cards for every member of our family?
Submit Birth certificates.
Can a single person rent a two or three bedroom unit?
This varies by property. The number of bedrooms for HUD-subsidized apartments is dependent on family size.
How long does it take to process my application?
It usually takes between two to four weeks to process an application.
Initial lease term is 1 year. After 1 year, the lease becomes a month-to-month lease.
Maryvale, St. Joseph, St. Francis Xavier, and Villa Maria Apartments are equipped with elevators.
