Welcome to HANDS Metro Apartments

HANDS Metro Apartments is a scattered site community with five buildings in the City of Erie: 230 West 2nd, 318 East 13th, 322 West 3rd, 340 West 4th, and 1207 German. Serving residents with chronic mental illness, HANDS Metro consists of twenty 1-bedroom apartments.

This community is subsidized, which means that rent will be approximately 30% of the resident's gross monthly income.
